Annual membership in Health Care Advocates of Indiana, Ltd. is surprisingly affordable and a good bargain for the peace of mind it offers. Fees for Basic Services* are:

| *A "family" is defined as people in the same household with the same insurance policy. | |
Consulting Fees
If you should require additional assistance that falls outside our description of the Basic Services* covered by your annual membership fee, Health Care Advocates of Indiana, Ltd. is happy to help you in any way we can. Our reasonable Consulting Fees enable us to provide more extensive individualized assistance when it is required.
